Can I use Kinly for free?
Yes. The Free plan includes a public profile, up to 3 portfolio projects, search visibility and job applications — forever.
Will my profile be visible to everyone?
Your profile is public by default. You can hide yourself from search at any time from Settings → Privacy.
Can I control who can contact me?
Yes. Choose whether brands, agencies and recruiters can message you. These settings are absolute.
Does Pro increase my search ranking?
Never. Search ranks by relevance and profile quality only — paying never changes where anyone appears.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Pro features switch off at the end of your billing period and your profile and work stay exactly as they are.
What types of jobs can I apply for?
Full-time, freelance, contract and project roles from brands, agencies and recruiters.
Can I include video in my portfolio?
Video hosting is part of Pro. On Free you can link to work hosted elsewhere.
How do I update my availability?
From your dashboard. “Available now” lasts a set time and we’ll email you a one-click link to keep it going.

Brand Hiring Access doesn’t include postings — buy single jobs or a 3-job pack. Agency Pro and Recruiter plans include a monthly allowance.
Does paying improve my ranking in search?
Never. Search ranks by relevance and profile quality only.
Can I have multiple team members on my account?
Agency Pro includes 3 seats and Recruiter Pro includes 5; extra seats can be added from Billing.
