This policy explains what personal information Kinly collects, how we use it and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information — name, email, password (hashed), role and company.
- Profile & portfolio content you publish, including images, video and credits.
- Messages you send and receive on the platform.
- Usage data — pages viewed, searches and actions, used to operate and improve the service.
- Payment information is handled by our payment processor; we don’t store card numbers.
How we use it
To run the marketplace, show your profile to the audiences you allow, deliver messages and notifications, review content for safety, prevent abuse, process payments and understand demand for creative skills in aggregate.
Your choices
- Hide your profile from search at any time.
- Choose which audiences can contact you.
- Turn notification categories on or off.
- Export your data or delete your account from Settings → Privacy. Deleted accounts are permanently removed after 30 days.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
