Yes — anyone can browse creatives and portfolios. Contacting people and advanced filters need Hiring Access or a Sourcing Pass.
What counts as a contact?
Starting a conversation with someone new. Replies, follow-ups, applicants and second threads with the same person are free.
Are job posts included in Hiring Access?
No — job posts are bought separately so you only pay for what you use.
