By creating an account or using Kinly you agree to these terms.
The service
Kinly introduces creative professionals to brands, agencies and recruiters. We are not a party to any engagement, employment or contract that results, and we don’t handle payments between members.
Your account
- Provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
- One person per creative account; employer accounts may add teammates up to their seat limit.
Content
You keep ownership of what you upload and grant us a licence to display it on the service. Only publish work you have the right to show, and credit collaborators honestly. Content is reviewed and may be removed if it breaks these terms.
Acceptable use
- No spam, harassment or discriminatory job requirements.
- Respect contact preferences and outreach limits; don’t try to circumvent them.
- Don’t scrape or resell data from the service.
Paid plans
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancelling stops renewal; paid features end with the current period. Prices and limits may change with notice.
Termination
We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time.
