I’ve spent 5+ years making brands look good online and making the people behind them look even better. On the marketing side, I’ve run social media for multiple clients at once, handled organic marketing for big brands, managed paid ads, and edited my own photos and videos (because waiting on a designer is not a content strategy). On the people side, I run KICPro Management, a talent placement agency where I find, vet, onboard, and manage remote talent, contracts and all. Turns out that’s the same skill set creator partnerships need: spotting the right fit, getting the deal on paper, and keeping everyone happy long after the first post goes live.
